HR challenge
Sidel was looking for high-potential Young Graduate to join its Engineering program (similar Management Trainee program), an opportunity with rotating responsibilities to learn various facets of the engineering craft at Sidel. For this type of position, main requirements are related to the academic background of the candidate as well as its anticipated work behavior. One of the key requirement was the ability for the candidate to be able to collaborate in English on regional projects.
Huneety's solution
On top of the public job offer published on the job board, Huneety deployed a social media campaign boosting the visibility of the job to key university graduates with matching degrees in the targeted countries. During the online application process, candidates were asked to reply to some key questions related to their experience, skills, and work behaviors. The campaign was run in English language to attract candidates at ease with an English language application process.
