Hisense Broadband is a global technology leader in optical transceivers, active optical cables, ONU BOX, SET TOP BOX. High-end optical communication products are designed to comply with international standards and are developed according to specific customer requirements.

About this position

The HR position involves strategic partnership with various departments, talent management, employee relationship maintenance, training and development, and data analysis to support HR decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partners: Work closely with various departments to understand business needs, integrate HR strategies with the company's short - and long-term business goals, and provide strategic support for business development.
• Talent management: Assist the department in making recruitment plans, participate in talent screening, interview and recruitment, and ensure the recruitment of talents who meet the requirements of the position; Responsible for the process management of employee entry and departure, as well as employee performance evaluation, feedback and development planning.
• Employee relationship maintenance: deal with employees' daily consultation and problems, solve labor disputes, and create a harmonious and positive working atmosphere; Organize staff activities to enhance staff's sense of belonging and cohesion.
• Training and development: According to the needs of the department and employee ability assessment, develop personalized training plans to improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of employees and promote their career development.
• Data analysis and decision support: Collect, sort out and analyze HR related data, provide valuable reports and suggestions, and provide data basis for the company's HR decision.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business administration and other related majors is preferred.
• Work experience: more than 3 years working experience in human resources, at least 1 year working experience in HRBP position.
• Professional skills: familiar with all modules of human resources work, especially in recruitment, performance, training and other aspects of rich practical experience; Understand national and local labor laws and regulations, have good compliance awareness.
• Ability and quality: Have excellent communication and coordination skills and interpersonal skills, and can establish good cooperative relations with personnel in different departments; Have strong problem solving ability and strain ability, can properly deal with all kinds of emergencies; Good data analysis ability and logical thinking ability, able to work.
