You are the key quality & technical leader of the process who will plan, organize & direct all Quality activities within Quality Assurance team. Lead & Direct the performance of the team to meet objectives (safety, quality, cost, delivery).

• Execute, develop, and advise necessary steps and activities for project execution. Deliver to project objectives.
• Provide expertise and advice that adds value to project planning. Use project risk management process to manage risks.
• Ensure compliance to Goodyear quality standards, GQMTS & customer specifications. Develop, implement, enforce & audit work procedures which ensure quality products at an economical cost.
• Enforce Quality, legal compliance, technical standards of the product process & material for the Business Center process area.
• Responsible for organizational development planning of direct reports. Expected to have business plans in place that provide strategic development within the process & drive to a high performance culture.
• Lead efforts to identify areas for improvement, drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
