● As an Technical Project Manager (AI Chatbot), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of conversational AI initiatives, overseeing project planning, execution, support & maintenance and ensuring successful outcomes.
● This role requires technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Managing Conversational AI (CAI) solution implementations to customers.
● Providing technical guidance and support to pre-sales and sales teams.
● Coordinating with various teams; Sales/Business Development, UXUI, Data, etc.
● Analysing business and technical requirements, prototyping integrations, designing the overall solution architectures.
● Managing project teams of conversation designers, system analysts, customer support and billing specialists.
● Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, milestones, dependencies, adherence to plans and schedules, and resource allocations.
● Identifying delivery risks, and developing mitigation strategies and solutions.
● Managing execution against customer expectations and contract commitments.
● Making recommendations for optimization of project budgets and cost-effective solutions.
● Proven Tech/IT project management / Pre-sales engineering / IT consulting – preferably in the field of AI, CAI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or some enterprise IT solutions implementation.
● Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
● Knowledge of Rest APIs, 3rd-party software integrations and SaaS applications.
● 2 years of experience in the AI field is preferable.
● Experience in AI/chat bot or voice bot design would be an advantage.
● Experience in IT Solution or SaaS design flow.
● Experience in B2B environments would be advantageous.
● Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
● Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects.
● Excellent communication in English and Thai.
