Perfect Companion Group is a leading provider of premium pet food, nurturing over 20 renowned brands. The Assistant Product Manager will play a key role in driving product strategy and growth while collaborating with various teams to enhance product offerings.
• Define product strategy and roadmap to drive growth.
• Monitor domestic market trends and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to deliver new product development (NPD) and enhanced product development (EPD) while managing product, pricing, placement, and marketing communication.
• Work closely with media agencies to design impactful communication campaigns across TVC, OOH, POP, online artwork, and other platforms.
• Analyze monthly sales and expenses to ensure alignment with targets.
• Organize and evaluate consumer promotions to maximize effectiveness.
• Develop product knowledge materials and train the sales team to ensure they excel in the field.
• Control and optimize the marketing budget in line with the marketing plan.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong creative thinking and analytical skills to solve challenges effectively.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• A passion for pets and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
