The Product Management (SPX Express) position involves understanding and improving large-scale express parcel logistics operations, leading product feature development, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation and management of product features.
โข Understand large-scale express parcel logistics network operations to address business and operational pain points and identify opportunities that can be tackled from a Product standpoint.
โข Lead several functional featuresโ work streams concurrently in alignment with core business strategies while managing versatility through dynamic situations.
โข Mentor and manage junior team members development.
โข Collaborate closely with Regional Business Product Management teams and Local Business and Operations teams to strategies product feature requests and logic design based on alignment to business strategies and impact, resources and pipeline management.
โข Conduct UAT and live testing to make sure that feature projects are developed and successfully implemented as expected.
โข Develop feature roll out plan together with business team, make sure that risks of new feature release are identified and mitigated before rolling out.
โข Collaborate with local and regional production support teams to solve live issues related to responsible products within expected lead time.
โข Prepare consolidated plans, system and feature performance and project timelines to senior management.
โข Native fluency in Thai and strong command of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
โข Bachelor or Masterโs Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain Operations Management related field is preferred.
โข At least 4-5 years of work experience in product management, business or systems analyses, IT consulting and implementation related fields are preferred.
โข Has previous experience with API systems.
โข Have experience in execution-oriented, strong project management skills including interpersonal & communication and solution design.
โข Familiar with business impact sizing studies, feasibility analyses, and projection implementation cross-functionally.
โข A proactive, fast learner, team player and leader with ability to work and manage diverse team communities in dynamic environments.
โข Resilient in understanding wide range of users, including Shopee customers and internal business and operations users to optimize for lean processes and cascade into productization and new process implementation strategies.
โข Experience using JIRA, application emulators, flowcharts, Figma, SQL is a plus.
