âĒ Strong skills in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
âĒ Excellent leadership and team management abilities
âĒ Proficiency in kitchen management, including inventory control and cost management
âĒ Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
âĒ Valid food safety certification
âĒ Culinary degree or diploma preferred
âĒ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
âĒ Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Thai language is a plus
âĒ Familiarity with Thai food regulations and standards
âĒ Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
