This position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our sales team as Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a passion for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative and customer service support, as well as being the first point of contact for incoming customers. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the sales team to help them improve their sales process. 1. Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers in selecting the right product for their needs.
3. Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy.
4. Promote store sales and special offers.
5. Process payments and complete appropriate paperwork.
6. Monitor stock levels and replenish when necessary.
7. Provide product advice and instruction to customers.
8. Build relationships with customers and promote customer loyalty.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
10. Support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding : computer skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
