About this position

ตำแหน่งช่างประจำอาคารมีหน้าที่ดูแลและซ่อมบำรุงระบบสาธารณูปโภคภายในและรอบอาคาร รวมถึงการรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข.

Responsibilities

• ดูแล ,ตรวจสอบ และซ่อมบำรุง ระบบสาธารณูปโภคทั้งภายใน และรอบอาคาร
• รายงานปัญหาที่เจอให้ผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข
• อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานซ่อมบำรุงอาคาร

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช.ขึ้นไป สาขา ไฟฟ้า ,เครื่องกล ,อิเล็กฯ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการซ่อมบำรุง หรือทำงานเกี่ยวกับระบบวิศวกรรมประกอบอาคาร ,คอนโดฯ, หมู่บ้าน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
• มีหนังสือรับรองความรู้ความสามารถช่างไฟฟ้าในอาคาร
• ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม และไม่เสพสารเสพติดใดๆ เช่น กัญชา, พืชกระท่อม เป็นต้น
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีระเบียบวินัย เคารพกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับต่างๆ
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
