About this position

In pursuit of a proficient IT Officer to become a member of our team. The optimal applicant will possess a robust foundation in information technology, with proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications. This position necessitates analytical skills, meticulousness, and an initiative-driven attitude towards the upkeep and enhancement of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and sustain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, encompassing PCs, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Deliver technical assistance to users, encompassing the diagnosis and resolution of IT-related issues.
• Guarantee the security of IT systems, encompassing data backup, antivirus safeguards, and access restrictions.
• Oversee and supervise network infrastructure, encompassing routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Establish and uphold IT rules, processes, and standards to guarantee compliance and security.
• Assess and propose innovative technology, techniques, and solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Engage with various departments to ascertain IT needs and specifications.
• Strategize and implement IT initiatives, encompassing upgrades, migrations, and installs.
• Server Surveillance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or administration.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows and D365 is a plus, with Microsoft 365 platform administration functions.
• Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good in English communication and writing preferably.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication, co-operation skills, Friendly, and polite communication.
• Having manufacturing experience is preferable.
• Being a good team player & a good attitude.
• Open-minded, fast-paced learner, with and Can-do Attitude.
