Kobelco Construction Machinery Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. (“We”) was found in 1996. We have been producing and selling excavators to Thai customers and also been exporting our products to South-east Asia customers more than 25 years.

About this position

The Import-Export Officer is responsible for managing import and export documentation, coordinating with various departments and shipping lines, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import documents Invoice, Packing list and other related documents
• Coordinate with related departments and Shipping regarding customs procedures
• Check the documents of the transport document and benefits of the Customs Department
• Follow up on the status of the goods to be received and delivered on time
• Key in export information in the SAP system
• Contact and coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, Shipping and Agents
• Coordinate with related departments to deliver goods on time
• Prepare documents Invoice, Packing list and other related documents
• Submit documents regarding export costs (DFT)
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Logistics field.
• Have a basic knowledge of export, import, logistics process and BOI, DFT.
• Proficiency level in English communication (TOEIC score 550 up).
• Good Efficiency level to operate Microsoft Office, SAP Program.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to detail.
