About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for construction components design with 3D CAD design program and development until first sample approval for new projects or derivative products.
• Responsible for product quality improvement in term of construction design components.
• Responsible to create a BOMs that concerns with construction design, grouping and product.
• To response for material cost improvement activities and work material improvement projects with all construction design components.
• To response for new product trial production and launch plan.
• Coordinates with Cooling team System, Electrical team, BOM team and Approval team for new product development.
• Responsible for production process related with construction design and improve the design to increase efficiency of production accounting with production.
• Responsible to reduce scrap quantity related with construction design by project initiative.
• Responsible to make competitor product benchmarks with production development team.
Requirements
• Bachelor 's degree Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience’s in design or R&D will be advantage.
• Experience in 2DCAD systems, UG NX3D design programs will be advantage.
• Experience in Product life cycle management/software PLM system.
• Experience in material cost improvement will be advantage.
• Must be proactive, willing to learn, analytical and creative, time and result-oriented.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
