About this position

The Vehicle Inspection Engineer is responsible for ensuring comprehensive vehicle inspection processes, supervising product quality, and training new inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Organize Accountable for crafting comprehensive operational instructions for complete vehicle inspection, including inspection specifications, procedural guidelines, and any necessary updates to process data.
• Participate in vehicle evaluation during the new product stage and vehicle evaluation during the trial assembly (complete vehicle evaluation is required) stage.
• Responsible for the supervision and guidance of product quality in this section, and handle production quality issues in a timely manner.
• Handle quality problems, identification and release of factory quality problems and supervision of quality rectification.
• New coming inspector training.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automotive industrial Quality Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO9001)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Can make recommendations on the establishment and revision of quality regulations and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Can communication in English and Thai; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
