About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมายแผนการผลิตและจัดส่ง รวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบการทำงานและการฝึกอบรมพนักงานในแผนก.

Responsibilities

• ควบคุมการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายแผนการผลิตและจัดส่ง
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาการผลิตภายในแผนกและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขและปรับปรุง
• ควบคุมดูแลกำลังพลของแผนก กำหนดเป้าหมายการทำงานประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและระเบียบวินัยพนักงานให้อยู่ในกฏระเบียบของแผนกและบริษัท
• พัฒนาปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานการปรับเปลี่ยนเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
• วางแผน ควบคุม การดูแลบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์การผลิตของแผนก
• ฝึกอบรมพนักงาน การดูแลการพนักงานระหว่างไลน์ผลิต

Requirements

• ปวส./ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ควบคุมบริหารการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ เช่น ISO9001, IATF16949
