About this position

The Equipment Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing process equipment and facilities in the Body workshop, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the process equipment and facilities ledger of the Body workshop.
• Build and optimize the preventive maintenance system for process equipment and facilities in the Body workshop.
• Establish and implement the annual maintenance plan for process equipment and facilities in the Body workshop.
• Responsible for the workshop process equipment facilities spare parts import and export, inventory, status management.
• Solve or organize resources to solve sudden failures of welding process equipment and facilities, and resume production in a timely manner.
• Implement the temporary requirements of Changan Company and the production base for the management and improvement of process equipment and facilities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in car maker industrial.
• Experience in automotive industrial equipment management (from Installation until maintenance).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable about PLC, Robot and engineering software.
• Familiar with the car manufacturing process.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication in English and Thai.
