About this position

The Robotic Technician is responsible for managing robotic systems, including teaching, programming, and troubleshooting, while also contributing to production automation and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for robotic systems i.e. teaching, programming, simulation and commissioning.
• Standardize robotic application to improve output and quality.
• Create idea, develop and expand production automation technology.
• Tools and equipment setup and troubleshooting during process startup.
• Assist production in all quality and process related topics and issues.
• Supporting and participating in company activities concerning CIP, PDCA, TPM, 5S, Idea Management, etc.

Requirements

• Higher Vocational Certificate or above in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the Robotic system.
• PLC programming knowledge and able to analyze root cause and troubleshooting PLC programming, robotic mechanical and electrical problems.
• Robotics experience in background programming skills on ABB, KUKA or equivalent brands.
• Able to work with interface, programming and operating robots. (Knowledge in CNC programming is a plus).
• Having experience with polishing robots will be advantaged.
• Good command of English, conversational and writing skills.
• Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong (not have shuttle bus).
