About this position

The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing office administration tasks, handling visa and work permit applications, booking business trips, and overseeing daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage office administration tasks, including handling office supplies, office maintenance, and purchasing office supplies.
• Handle visa and work permit applications, 90-day reports, and dealings with Thai government departments license under BOI.
• Book business trip flights, hotels, and transportation for employee, expats and visitors.
• Manage Housekeeper and Security Guard.
• Perform daily administrative operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Access/Excel/Word) is required.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the SAP system will be an advantage.
