The Security Analyst is responsible for the protection of Celestica assets, responding to security incidents, and ensuring a safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Responsible for the protection of Celestica assets and to respond to alarms, emergency situations and to assist employees with security issue as part of our mission to provide a safe work environment.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate access to all areas of the facility for both employees and customers.
• Controlling daily security operations including incident investigation, property passes, loss prevention, and all administrative duties required at the site.
• Periodically and random inspect the security guard on duty at all company sites.
• Review and update all security standards and documents periodically. Immediate response for all security incidents occurred in company premises.
• Co-investigate the security incident with all concerned departments.
• Responsible to prepare various reports at the workplace regarding incidents and security breaches.
• Prepare and conducts Security Awareness Training for new hires both employees and subcontractors.
• Review and update access authorization periodically for the restricted areas under Physical Security.
• To be the back up and support Chief of Security during the Security Audit both internal and external by Customers and Global Security i.e. C-TPAT, AEO and ISO 27001 Audit.
• Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly report to Chief of Security. Responsible for Key Management System.
• Maintain all site security standards compliance. Support the project team regarding security control and system installation. Perform task as per assigned by Chief of Security or Security Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Engineering is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Security roll in manufacturing field.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
• Have the knowledge and experience of Global Security standards i.e. C-TPAT, AEO and ISO 27001. Experience in Physical Security i.e. CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm System and Walk-Trough and Hand-Held Metal Detector.
• Have the knowledge of Logistic and Supply Chain Security, C-TPAT and AEO. Direct experience with Access Control System management software and access authorization granting.
• Experience in key management.
• Have abilities to communicate in English.
• Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
