The Sales Supervisor (Chinese Speaking) position in Sriracha Chonburi involves proactively expanding the customer base, managing sales pipelines, and nurturing client relationships to achieve business development goals.
• Proactively hunt for new opportunities by identifying and approaching potential new clients to expand the customer base. Also, engage with existing clients to increase their share of wallet.
• Strategically manage the sales pipeline to align with business development budgets, ensuring consistent efforts to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through regular visits, effective communication, and proactive outreach efforts such as cold calling. Focus on converting leads into tangible business across all services.
• Implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Continuously seek feedback and address any concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Units, Oversea agents, and team members, fostering open communication and teamwork.
• Facilitate seamless operations and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any related field.
• At least 4 years working experiences as Sales Executive, Business Development, Contract Logistics, Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge and experience in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Shipping, NVOCC.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score 700 or above).
• Good command of Chinese (HSK 5).
• Capable in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel (VLookup, Pivot) and Power Point.
• Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target-oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
