About this position

ตำแหน่ง R&D Supervisor จะรับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการแผนก Innovation เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์บรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติกสำหรับเครื่องสำอางและอาหาร รวมถึงการวิจัยและพัฒนาวัสดุใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายให้กับบริษัท.

Responsibilities

• บริหารจัดการ แผนก Innovation ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์บรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติกใส่เครื่องสำอาง และ อาหาร
• วิจัยวัสดุทดแทนใหม่ๆ สินค้าที่เป็น Innovation ใหม่
• พัฒนา คิดค้นหาวัตถุดิบใหม่ๆ/วัตถุดิบทดแทน/Tooling ใหม่ๆ ที่ใช้ในการผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติก เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายให้กับบริษัท
• วิเคราะห์และหาสาเหตุของปัญหางานที่เกิดขึ้น/พร้อมกำหนดวิธีการแก้ไข
• สรุปผลวิเคราะห์การทดลองและทดสอบ รายงานผลและสื่อสารให้กับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ติดต่อหน่วยงานที่รับตรวจวิเคราะห์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบราคา รายละเอียดการรับวิเคราะห์และการให้บริการ

Requirements

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี / ป.โท / ป.เอก ในสาขาวัสดุศาสตร์ ,พอลิเมอร์ , เคมี และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป ในงาน R&D โรงงานผลิตพลาสติก
• มีบุคลิคภาพที่ดี และทักษะในการนำเสนอ
• ชอบทำงานที่มีความ Challenges สูง
