The Employee Relation & Corporate Communication Supervisor is responsible for managing corporate communication and employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment and maintain the organization's brand image.
• Corporate Communication
• Internal & External communication Design and plan annual activity.
• Take care channels for all communication.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining the organization's corporate brand image and reputation.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
• Monitor and manage online reputation through social media platforms and online review sites.
• Support corporate social responsibility initiatives and communicate the organization's commitment to stakeholders.
• Employee Relations
• Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct.
• Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
• Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of employee policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5 years on the related, including 2 years on Supervisor level.
• Must be on the English skills with writing, understanding and presentation.
• MS Office must be MS Excel & Power Point.
• Good personality and attitude on working and team, Fast Learner, Systematic Thinking.
• Good at initiating new activities.
• Able to do Canva and Line OA Official.
