About this position

ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตมีหน้าที่ควบคุมดูแลการผลิตและการจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงการวางแผนการผลิตและการจัดการวัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้.

Responsibilities

• ควบคุมดูแลงานด้านวางแผนการผลิต การจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ การ Stock วัตถุดิบ
• ควบคุมดูแลการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อปฏิบัติและตรงตาม Spec ที่กำหนด
• ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน จัดสรรกำลังคนในการปฏิบัติงานได้เหมาะสม
• วิเคราะห์และร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาในเชิงป้องกัน
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ทำงานจันทร์ – เสาร์ เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น.

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้ดี
• มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความขยันและอดทนต่องานที่มีภาวะกดดันได้
• มีความกระตือรือร้นและรักการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ รอบคอบ แม่นยำ
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ ISO/GMP/HACCP
• มีประสบการณ์เป็นหัวหน้างานฝ่ายผลิต 1 ปีขึ้นไป พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษพอสื่อสารเข้าใจได้ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
