About this position

The Production Engineer Line Leader is responsible for managing and supervising the production line during night shifts, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Management, discipline, and evaluation of all employees on his shift.
• Managing and maintaining productivity to meet daily targets.
• Managing employee leave requests and OT support to minimize effects concerning the production plan.
• Control all aspects of work and ensure adequate supervision is available for untrained operators.
• Training of operators to ensure they are familiar with their duties and aware of all emergency procedures.
• Ensure plant is operated in accordance with health and Safety at Work Regulations. Ensure all safety rules are observed.
• Study, coordinate and implement on process Improvements in production line, recommend and report to Production Shift Manager / Production Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field only.
• GPA > 2.50 up
• Can communicate in English Language (TOEIC score 400 up)
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a production engineer in process or supervisor.
• Leadership and conflict-management skills.
