About this position

The Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal advice, managing contracts, and coordinating with outside counsel while ensuring compliance and training within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate or otherwise provide legal advice on the various types of contracts.
• Give legal counsel in a variety of legal topics to the business, operational and functional units.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters, disputes and litigations.
• Provide regular trainings and guidance to business, operational and functional units.
• Manage, organize and maintain contracts, Agreements and legal documents in paper or electronic filing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ or Master's degree in Thai law school.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in equivalent in-house of manufacturing company in Thailand.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Thai, together with good drafting skills.
• Responsible and accountable character, willing to take up challenge.
• Self-motivator, quick-learner and team oriented.
