About this position

The IT Application Engineer (Syteline) will support the implementation of new MES systems and production automation, as well as the integration between MES and Infor Syteline ERP.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of new MES System and Production Automation.
• Support integration between MES and Infor Syteline ERP.
• Develop and support in-house web applications.
• Assist the Head of IT in gathering requirements and assessing solutions that will improve operation efficiency.
• Maintain ERP, MES & Production Automation systems.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in application development.
• Must have development experience in C#.Net.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience in Infor SyteLine ERP and/or any MES shop floor system projects have added advantages.
• Knowledge of mobile application development will be a plus.
• Those not meeting the above experience but have Microsoft C#.Net development knowledge and are eager to learn may be considered.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
