About this position

The INTERN - HR Payroll 2025 position involves routine tasks under close supervision, focusing on payroll data management and administrative support within the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve documents & update in Payroll System
• Verify data in Payroll System to documents to ensure accuracy
• Preparing reports
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Support any ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• 4th year student with Bachelor of BBA, Human Resources, Management major or related field.
• Ability to join internship program from January or February, 2025 onward with 6-8 months period
• Detail oriented, proactivity, diligent
• Good interpersonal & communication skills both Thai and English.
• HR management Knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds
• Location in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
