About this position

The Billing Officer is responsible for managing key shipment data and preparing relevant billing documents under customer service supervision.

Responsibilities

• To help customer service key shipment data as well as clearance specific condition in paperless systems under CS supervision
• To key in data as well as preparing all relevant billing document to customers
• Preparing the billing report as per customer requirement
• Preparing the accrual file as per customer requirement
• Any special assignment by superior

Requirements

• Vocational Certificate or higher
• Minimum 1 Years in related field
• Taking awareness to the quality of work to prevent / reduce the errors
• Good knowledge in computer skill, especially in MS Excel, Word
