MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CONSUMER PRODUCTS (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED is an electrical/electronic manufacturing company based out of 700/406 Moo 7, MUANG, Chon Buri, Thailand.

About this position

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for addressing market quality issues, providing customer support, organizing quality meetings, and analyzing field data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Market Quality Responsibility: Taking care for market quality issues as assigned (Overseas or Domestic)
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and solutions for all quality-related issues raised by customers in the after-sales service
• Quality Meetings: Organize and conduct quality meetings to address and resolve field issues effectively
• Field Data Analysis: Collect, Analyze field data to identify trends, Root causes, and reach opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Related field)
• Skills in statistical data analysis or proficiency in relevant tools, such as Power BI or Excel VBA
• Experience in customer service or after-sales support
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Ability to create detailed reports and deliver clear presentations
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel Domestic or Overseas as required
