About this position

ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการดูแลและจัดการกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างของบริษัท ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดหาและคัดเลือกซัพพลายเออร์ การเจรจาสัญญา และการรับประกันการส่งมอบสินค้าและบริการให้ตรงเวลา ตำแหน่งรายงานตรงต่อหัวหน้าฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ

Responsibilities

• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายในเพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการและข้อกำหนดในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง และให้คำแนะนำและการสนับสนุนตลอดกระบวนการจัดซื้อ
• บริหารจัดการวงจรการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง รวมถึงการประมวลผลใบขอซื้อ การสร้างใบสั่งซื้อ และการประสานงานในการจัดส่ง เพื่อให้การจัดซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการเป็นไปอย่างทันท่วงทีและถูกต้อง
• ตรวจสอบระดับสินค้าคงคลังและติดตามกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและลดสินค้าคงคลังหรือสินค้าคงคลังส่วนเกิน
• ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์และดำเนินการตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ กำหนดการส่งมอบ และภาระผูกพันตามสัญญา

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับการพิสูจน์แล้วในฐานะผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดซื้อหรือในบทบาทที่คล้ายคลึงกัน
• ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับหลักการ แนวปฏิบัติ และกฎระเบียบในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
• ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่แข็งแกร่ง
• ความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์และเครื่องมือจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
