About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่ยานยนต์อาวุโสมีหน้าที่ในการจัดเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลการใช้งานรถยนต์ เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการบริหารจัดการรถยนต์และการให้บริการที่ดีแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ.

Responsibilities

• จัดเก็บข้อมูลการใช้งานรถยนต์ TCP group เป็นหมวดหมู่ นำมาให้ในการประมวลผล เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน และภาพรวมทั้ง พฤติกรรมการใช้งาน ค่าใช้จ่าย การบำรุงรักษา การจัดการบริหารรถยนต์ที่มีให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• นำข้อมูลทั้งหมดประมวลผล แสดงผ่านระบบ Power Bi, Dashboard
• ดำเนินการประสานงานหน่วยงานราชการ ขนส่ง ต่อทะเบียนรถ ภาษี พรบ. และประกันภัย สลับป้าย หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานอู่ภายในและภายนอก เพื่อดำเนินการซ่อมรถ ให้ได้ตามกำหนดเวลา
• ควบคุมบริหารจัดการรถประจำตำแหน่ง, รถส่วนกลางและรถสนับสนุนธุรกิจ ประสานงานกับจัดซื้อเพื่อจัดหา เช่า หรือซื้อ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
• บันทึกข้อมูลรถยนต์ทั้งหมด เพื่อให้เป็นข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบ
• บริหารจัดการรถที่หมดสภาพ ที่ไม่ใช้งานแล้วและจัดการรถยนต์ที่มีให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
• สรุปรายงานประจำเดือน การประเมินการรับบริการกับผู้ให้บริการต่างๆ นัดหมายประชุมกับผู้ใช้บริการรถยนต์ที่ทางทีมบริหารจัดการเพื่อให้ทราบปัญหา และ ชี้แจ้งข้อมูลต่างๆ
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• ประสบการณ์ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3-5 ปี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับรถยนต์เบื้องต้น /ขับรถยนต์ได้
• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office, Power Bi, Dashboard design, V-lookup, Pivot table
• รักงานบริการ ประสานงานกับทุกหน่วยงานได้ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ความละเอียดรอบครอบ
