About this position

ตำแหน่ง Software Tester (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่) จะทำงานร่วมกับทีมต่าง ๆ เพื่อทดสอบและปรับปรุงระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพ.

Responsibilities

• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม PM, SA, UX/ UI, และ Dev เพื่อคัดกรองความต้องการของระบบ
• วางแผน และ เลือกรูปแบบการทดสอบที่เหมาะสมกับเนื้องาน และ เวลาที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ออกแบบ Test Scenario/ Case ให้ครอบคลุมระบบที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ดำเนินการตาม Test Scenario/ Case ทีออกแบบไว้ และรายงานผลการทดสอบ
• ค้นหาจุดผิดพลาดของระบบ และรายงาน หรือเสนอแนะให้ปรับแก้กับทีม PM, SA หรือ UX/ UI
• ทดสอบการทำงานของเส้น API เพื่อหาช่องโหว่ของแต่ละเส้น พร้อมเสนอวิธีแก้ไข (API Test)
• ทดสอบการใช้ทรพยากรณ์ของเครื่อง Server ว่าสามารถรองรับการเข้าถึงได้เท่าไหร่ (Load Test)
• ออกแบบ Automated Test เพื่อรองรับการทดสอบระยะยาว

Requirements

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวศบ. หรือ วท.บ. สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารระดับดี สามารถถ่ายทอดข้อมูลผ่านคำพูด และ ตัวอักษรได้อย่างชัดเจน
• มีทักษะการใช้งาน Google Sheet, Jira Software หรือ Project Management Tools อื่น ๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความต้องการ หรือ ความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ตลอดเวลา (Growth mindset)
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ตรงต่อเวลา
