We are seeking a dedicated Engineer - Facility Improvement, Vehicle Quality Inspection to join our team, focusing on ensuring the highest quality standards in vehicle inspection through the development and implementation of testing and inspection processes.
• Innovate and Improve: Lead the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge testing and inspection processes that drive continuous facility improvement projects.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with Vehicle Quality Assurance Engineers and suppliers to ensure our facilities meet and exceed QA standards.
• Tech-Savvy Solutions: Evaluate and oversee the installation of testing equipment and technologies that enhance production process and quality assurance efforts.
• Insightful Reporting: Provide valuable insights and reports to management on facility efficiency and equipment reliability, helping us make informed decisions.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Oversee and maintain QA equipment and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly, all inspection processes comply with quality standards and safety requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility improvement projects is essential. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus!
• Proficient in vehicle analysis, production line improvement, and facility/machine operations.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Able to communicate and present in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. (TOEIC score of 500 or higher).
• Excellent interpersonal relations, positive thinking, punctuality, responsibility, and the ability to work under high pressure.
