About this position

The Internal Control Expert (Chinese National) is responsible for formulating and improving cost accounting and management systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and preparing financial reports according to Chinese accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and improving cost accounting and management systems in combination with local accounting laws and regulations, and organizing implementation.
• Cost accounting: cost and expense summary and collection, cost report preparation, cost management and analysis (including account setting, system inventory organization construction).
• Material settlement: material purchase settlement, material settlement analysis, and price difference analysis.
• Cost planning: related transactions, material cost planning, system and standardization construction, and information construction.
• Thai accounting standards report mapping and conversion work.
• Prepare monthly express reports and formal reports according to Chinese accounting standards and group requirements, and input and upload them into the system.
• Differences between monthly analysis express reports and formal reports, and analysis of abnormalities of key items.
• Annual financial settlement of the company, preparation of annual financial statements, annual report auditing, and compliance management.

Requirements

• Professional skills:
• Familiar with accounting laws and regulations, formulate and improve cost accounting and management systems, and organize implementation.
• Familiar with the company's cost accounting, management, and analysis.
• Familiar with the company's material procurement settlement, material settlement analysis, and price difference analysis.
• Familiar with preparing monthly express and formal reports according to Chinese accounting standards and group requirements, and inputting and uploading them into the system.
• Familiar with the differences between monthly analysis express reports and formal reports, and analysis of abnormalities of key items.
• Familiar with the company's annual financial settlement, preparation of annual financial statements, annual report auditing, and compliance management.
• Familiar with Thai accounting standards report mapping and conversion work.
• Comprehensive quality: strong language expression and teamwork ability, strong ideological quality, strong sense of responsibility, strong dedication, strong business skills, management awareness and coordination ability, and good at using new working methods to solve problems.
• Others:
• Education requirements: full-time university undergraduate and above;
• Professional requirements: financial management, accounting, auditing, and other majors are preferred;
• Language requirements: good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, ability to read automobile-related materials, Chinese is preferred;
• Accept long-term work in Thailand.
