About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead and support the barista team.
• Make sure all drinks are made to our high standards.
• Keep the café clean, organized and welcoming.
• Check and manage coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.
• Help solve customer problems and ensure great service.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience working in a café or coffee shop.
• Strong skills in coffee making, especially latte art etc.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor (a plus).
• Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills.
