About this position
Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Lead Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture aligned with our business goals, driving long-term value.
- Plan and Execute ERP Solutions: Define and roll out the ERP roadmap, transitioning from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions.
- Design for Simplicity and Scalability: Architect solutions to streamline operations, standardize processes, and support future growth.
- Align Business Strategy with ERP Objectives: Translate company goals and Compass Program objectives into actionable KPIs for solution architects and SMEs.
- Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Maintain alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements to uphold integrity and compliance.
- Manage Vendors and Partners: Collaborate closely with SAP, system integrators, and other technology vendors to bring the latest tools and methodologies to life.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- Extensive ERP Expertise: In ERP solution architecture, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Greenfield Implementation Leadership: Proven experience in leading large-scale, global SAP implementations or rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Skills: Ability to lead diverse teams of solution architects and subject matter experts to achieve shared business outcomes.
- Visionary Leadership: Skill in aligning cross-functional teams to our Compass Program's objectives and vision.
- Strong SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with S/4HANA, BTP, DMC, and other SAP modules to maximize our ERP capabilities.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Superior communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, essential for effective collaboration.
