As a Legal Counsel at Sertis, you will play a key role in providing legal support across the organization, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and offering timely legal advice to the team.
• Analyze, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, data protection agreements, software licenses, and re-seller agreements.
• Review and finalize contracts in both English and Thai to ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Provide accurate legal counsel to internal stakeholders on matters such as corporate law, labor law, and tax regulations.
• Support the legal team in developing strategies for mitigating legal risks.
• Ensure internal policies comply with current legal standards and assist in their implementation.
• Monitor and communicate changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis using appropriate tools and resources.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and databases.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and public authorities as required.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• 2-5 years of professional legal experience in corporate law or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with data protection and privacy laws is desirable.
• Exposure to intellectual property and foreign business law is advantageous.
