About this position

This position will work with the organization transformation team to prioritize organization development. Develop framework, tools and methodology for related OD activities such as performance management, talent management & succession plan etc. This position will work collaboratively HRBP and line of business to communicate and execute OD program/initiatives for ensuring effectiveness of the said activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative work with corporate functions and BUs to ensure alignment of business objectives and priorities.
• Manage end-to-end performance management activities such as objective/goal setting, KPIs cascade, performance review etc.
• Provide counselling to HRBP and Line Manager in related areas such as performance management, talent management etc. to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
• Work with organization transformation team to identify and consolidate overall organization development strategy, objectives and activities.
• Keep update BU’s OD initiative program and work collaborate with HRBP/Line manager to ensure timeline progress.

Requirements

• Understand and hands on OD initiatives & implementation especially performance management.
• Systematic and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills and work collaborative.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
