About this position

The Pharmacy Advisor supports the Healthcare portfolio by establishing a peer-to-peer scientific discussion with Pharmacists and staff, highlighting product features and benefits to get the Pharmacist’s recommendation. This role involves securing product presence in the store and spending 90% of the time on customer-facing activities.

Responsibilities

â€Ē Achieve sales, volume, share, and category growth results in the assigned geographical area. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare and submit regular reports and forecasts.
â€Ē Detailing and promoting pharmacists' and staff’s recommendations by establishing scientific discussion, highlighting product information, and underlining points of difference from competing products.
â€Ē Group product presentation: Organize scientific sessions with small groups of pharmacists to support product recommendations.
â€Ē Deliver coverage in line with territory mapping and customer segmentation. Strengthen and maintain P&G's reputation and build outstanding long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

â€Ē Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Health Science/ Pharmaceutical, Medical field with an excellent academic background (welcome for fresh graduates).
â€Ē Experience and/or basic knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
â€Ē Born leaders who are passionate about making things happen.
â€Ē Have strong analytical thinking and skills.
â€Ē Proficient in Thai and basic in English.
â€Ē Hold a valid driver's license and be flexible to relocate as the assignment could require.
