About this position

The Costing Senior/Manager is responsible for overseeing the costing operation process and cost accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall for costing operation process, cost accounting activities, including reconciling and analyzing all accounting costing transactions and BOI.
• Handle for fixed control and inventory control, control and verify accounting records, analysis, and verify production costs.
• Participate in physical inventories, including data entry, auditing, and counting.
• Work closely with the auditor and external parties accounting issues.
• Development and implementation of new tools to enable improved costing accuracy and reporting.
• Provide leadership on the costing process and make refinements and necessary corrections to the existing costing methods.
• Provide master data updates, including costs for new products.
• Prepare new standard of annual budget.
• Prepare performance report (MFC report) and analyze actual cost variance report.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 - 10 years of costing, cost accounting roles in manufacturing or trading businesses.
• Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and SAP-CO.
• Good command of both spoken & written English.
• Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
