ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistic property development, is seeking a Finance Accounting Assistant Manager to support our rapidly expanding businesses in Thailand. The role is responsible for developing all aspects of finance and accounting matters to ensure accurate and timely reporting, compliance with statutory requirements including annual audits, and taxes, and maintaining bank relationships and monitoring the cash flow of the Thailand subsidiary.
• Prepare journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Prepare tax filing and yearly declaration. (Include VAT、WHT& Income tax)
• Develop and maintain bank relationships and Monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms/tax agents to ensure tax compliance, timely filing tax returns, and making tax payments.
• Coordinate and manage the annual budget.
• Prepare monthly financial reports by ensuring data has been correctly booked and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for investors'/shareholders' reporting.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables with tight timelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptive to changes and stress tolerance; ability to work within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Good in interpersonal/ communication.
• Attention to detail, logic, and accuracy.
• Stress tolerance and fast recovery.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, business administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience in audit firms, commercial or equivalent; audit experience in international companies is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience as a user or implementation is a plus.
• Fluent in English (TOEFL 90+ or IELTS 7.0+) and Thai (Native, Bilingual, or working professional); Mandarin speaker is a plus.
• Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
• CPD holder is preferred.
