ตำแหน่ง Quantity Surveyor จะรับผิดชอบในการประเมินปริมาณและค่าใช้จ่ายในงานโครงสร้าง งานโยธา และงานสถาปัตยกรรม รวมถึงการบริหารสัญญาและการประเมินการเรียกร้องและการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ
• Quantity and cost estimation on Structures, Civil and or Architectural work.
• Analysis the Value Engineering to minimize the project operation cost.
• Project tendering procedure evaluation, preparation of tender document, management the tendering process and evaluate sub-contractors.
• Able to Develop the Quantity, Cost estimation take off process to achieve the best accuracy and time saving.
• Contract administration and assessment of claim and variation.
• Negotiate with consultant and sub-contractors.
• Handling of engineering cost budgeting, cost planning, procurement control and monitoring.
• The works which instructed by Project Manager or Superior authorities.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
• Track changes in plans or constructions: update budgets.
• Identify potential financial or construction risks.
• Able to go upcountry.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, management, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of construction work and industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets, strong estimating, and financial analysis skills.
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
