About this position
Responsibilities
โข To write the complete FA report.
โข Understand on optical/digital schematic diagram and multiple printed circuit boards.
โข Verify and analyze on all information, pre-test data and find the root cause.
โข Coordinate and guide team on all RMA activities (FA/Data analysis/Debug/Rework).
โข Organize technician and staffs to deliver results within acceptable cycle time.
โข Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts.
โข Transfer new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by Supervisor.
โข Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
โข Understand on customer's expectations, measurements and drive to meet all requirements, commitments.
โข Performs related work as assigned.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering
Experience: at least 3 years of experience
Required Skills:
โข Good comment of English
โข Computer Literacy
โข Proficient in Microsoft Excel
โข Interpersonal skills
โข Presentation skills
