About this position

As the Senior Interior Designer for Condominium Projects at Sansiri PLC, you will be responsible for managing the interior design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the marketing team's vision and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the desired mood, tone, and concept for each condominium project.
• Develop and communicate clear design briefs to external designers that align with the project’s goals.
• Manage and oversee the work of outsourced interior designers, ensuring their designs are in line with Sansiri’s vision and project requirements.
• Provide feedback and guidance to designers throughout the design process.
• Review and approve design proposals, materials, and finishings before final submission to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams, including project management, architecture, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of interior design with the overall project.
• Monitor the implementation of interior design on-site, addressing any issues and ensuring that the design aligns with the approved plans.
• Ensure that all design elements adhere to Sansiri’s standards of functionality, practicality, and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify that the design execution matches the approved designs and specifications.
• Act as the main liaison between Sansiri and external design teams, ensuring effective and clear communication.
• Present design concepts, progress updates, and any necessary revisions to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong background in managing residential or condominium projects.
• Experience in working on large-scale residential developments, particularly condominiums, is preferred.
• Solid understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes suitable for condominium projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate marketing concepts into effective design briefs.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail with a focus on design functionality and user experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of design and execution.
