About this position

The TP Freight Forwarding Documentation position involves managing the production of Bills of Lading and ensuring accurate data input, while coordinating with customers and various departments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prompt production of B/L, coordination and communication with customers
• Responsible for accurate data input in CW1 system
• Preparation and issuance of Bills of Lading
• Issue Local & Freight invoice to customer
• Co-ordinate with Co-Loaders and/or Shipping Line for Confirm and Issuing MBL (Master Bill of Lading)
• Prepare and Process Payment to Co-loaders and/or Shipping Line
• Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.
• Collaborate with various departments, obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to export policies.
• Other task assign by manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in logistics or freight forwarder
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Good attitude, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Word)
