• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Work closely with the corporate management team to translate business strategies into HR goals, plans, and tactics.
• Drive cultural change, change management, and succession planning initiatives.

• 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 8-10 years in a managerial role within a multinational company.
• Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, change management, and cultural transformation.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations, especially in a multinational context.
• Experience with QSHE standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001) and their implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and software.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
