About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรกิจการค้าอาวุโสมีหน้าที่ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลตลาดและคู่แข่ง รวมถึงเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้าเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของบริษัทฯ.

Responsibilities

• รวบรวมประเด็นในเชิงลึกของตลาดและคู่แข่ง ตลอดจนแนวทางแก้ไขปรับปรุงเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ
• เสนอเงื่อนไขการค้า ข้อดีข้อเสียที่เหมาะสมกับบริษัทฯ และคู่ค้า เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกในการตัดสินใจ ติดตามผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมระหว่างบริษัทฯ และคู่ค้าทีมีการทำข้อตกลกร่วมกัน
• นำเสนอแนวทางการปฏิบัติหรือวิธีการทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาคู่ค้าให้เติบโตภายใต้การควบคุมของบริษัทฯ ติดตามผลและนำเสนอแนวทางการกระตุ้นให้คู่ค้าระดับพันธมิตรสามารถดำเนินงานได้ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ
• รวบรวมประเด็นต่างๆ ที่ผ่านการกลั่นกรองแล้วเพื่อสนับสนุนทีมศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุน
• รวบรวม จัดทำรายงาน ปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรค ส่งผลกระทบให้งานในความรับผิดชอบไม่เป็นตามเป้าหมาย ตลอดจนแนวทางในการแก้ไขเพื่อเก็บเป็นองค์ความรู้ในการประเมินและป้องกันความเสี่ยงต่อไป

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรี/โท บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
• มีความรู้ในธุรกิจรีไซเคิลหรือธุรกิจอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเจรจาธุรกิจกับบุคคลภายนอก
• มีความสามารถในการมองเห็นภาพที่ใหญ่ขึ้นและมองเห็นสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลง
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Microsoft Office Suite
