Responsibilities
• Gain a deep understanding of Banking Technical Architecture and work closely with EA and IT partners to identify technical gaps. Lead the team in building essential technology building blocks and relevant financial technologies to support future banking solutions and create growth opportunities.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology testing in production control environments (e.g., POC or Sandbox) to assess feasibility for business decisions and regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate closely with IT partners, EA, product owners, regulators, and other domain experts to set up financial technology POCs, ensuring that new
technologies meet business requirements and align with the Target Operating Model defined by Enterprise Architecture.
• Ensure quality and consistency in POC methodology to deliver results that adhere to standard processes and measurement criteria.
• Provide comprehensive evaluations of technology, including findings, options, recommendations, and lessons learned from POCs or tests conducted in controlled product environments.
• Manage the backlog to ensure that technology solutions align with the architectural design and adhere to the standards defined in the IT Blueprint.
• Identify skill requirements and establish development plans for team resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in managing transformation that includes project management, process improvements, product implementations, or management consulting
• Strategic Thinkers and strong analytical abilities
• Insight on Banking business trends and Relevant Financial Technology, also our market and competitors.
• Good understanding of key Financial Service operation trends and FinTech
• Knowledge of key strategic business drivers, and regulatory constraints
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer experience design, Agile & Scrum framework, Process Improvement, Project Management, Banking process and system, Communication, Decision Making, Team Management, Leadership, Proactive, Can-do attitude.
