The Direktur Kreatif (Creative Director) is responsible for leading and overseeing the creative team, ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role involves developing and implementing creative strategies, managing the production process, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. The Creative Director will play a crucial role in driving the company's creative vision and elevating its brand presence in the Indonesian job market.
• Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts to enhance the company's brand image and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, and art directors, to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that align with their goals.
• Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing and advertising materials, including print and digital campaigns, social media content, website design, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to continuously improve the company's creative output.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the company's creative strategies.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, and effectively communicate the rationale behind the proposed ideas.
• Manage the creative budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize the impact of creative initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team of creative professionals.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, trends, and techniques, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to effectively execute creative projects.
