About this position

我们正在寻找一位积极主动且经验丰富的销售经理加入Alila Seminyak团队。理想的候选人应具有酒店销售的成功记录，能够推动收入并与客户建立良好的关系。

Responsibilities

• 开发和实施有效的销售策略，以最大化收入和市场份额。
• 确定和针对新的商业机会，以增加酒店入住率和活动预订。
• 建立和维护与企业客户、旅行代理商和其他关键合作伙伴的良好关系。
• 监控市场趋势和竞争对手活动，以相应调整销售策略。
• 准备并向管理团队呈现销售报告。
• 与市场营销团队合作，创建促销材料和活动。
• 参加行业活动、贸易展览和网络活动，以推广酒店。

Requirements

• 至少3-5年的酒店销售经验，重点在奢华或精品酒店。
• 证明能够实现销售目标并增加收入。
• 较强的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力。
• 优秀的组织和时间管理能力。
• 能够独立工作并作为团队的一部分。
• 了解巴厘岛市场者优先。
