About this position

The Sales Operation Manager at Indonesia Dream Jobs by Huneety is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of the company. • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales opportunities.

• Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to motivate and drive the sales team towards achieving targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve sales operation issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales operation tools to track and analyze sales data.
