We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our team and help us develop long-term relationships with our key customers. The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with strategic customers. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of our products and services. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail, as well as a passion for customer service. 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
2. Identify opportunities for new business and create sales strategies to meet customer needs
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements related to services, pricing, delivery, and payment terms
4. Prepare and present sales presentations to key accounts
5. Monitor key account performance and provide reports to management
6. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
7. Review customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
8. Manage customer accounts, including order entry, invoicing and collections
9. Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service and products
10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
โข Bachelor's degree in business or related field
โข At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or account management
โข Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
โข Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
โข Proven success in meeting sales targets and objectives
